Emerson Lopze respects intellectual property and acts fast when someone's rights are affected.
How to file a notice
If you believe content on Emerson Lopze infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice". To be effective, your notice must include:
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; the exact URL on our site where the material appears; your name, address, phone and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We acknowledge every valid notice within one business day. If the complaint is complete, we remove or disable access to the material while we review it, and we tell the uploader what was removed.
If a notice is incomplete or clearly mistaken, we may ask for more information before acting. Deliberately false claims can carry legal consequences, so please only file when you hold the rights.
Counter notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same address. It should identify the removed material, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and give your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
Once a valid counter notice is received we may restore the material unless the original complainant tells us they have started legal action. We aim to keep this process transparent and quick for everyone involved.
Sources, corrections and related pages
Emerson Lopze holds itself to the same standards across every page. Our About Us page explains how we research and write, and our Contact Us page is the fastest way to send a correction or ask a question. Where a claim depends on official figures we point to the source, such as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for safety data or FuelEconomy.gov for real-world economy, so you can verify the numbers yourself. We review every page against manufacturer documentation and update it when specifications or rules change. If something here is unclear, out of date or simply wrong, tell us and we will fix it, because a policy that no one can act on helps no one.
