ABOUT US
Learn who is behind Emerson Lopze, our editorial mission and the standards we hold. See how we research cars and how to reach our team with a question today.
Who we are
Emerson Lopze is an independent car publication built for people who actually drive. We cover industry trends, insurance, buying decisions, hybrid technology and detailing with one goal: turn confusing automotive questions into clear, useful answers.
We are not a dealer, a broker or a sponsored catalogue. We fund the site through ordinary display advertising and reader support, and we never sell a verdict. If a product or policy is not worth your money, we say so plainly.
Our mission
Cars have become genuinely complicated. Touchscreens replaced knobs, hybrids blur the line between petrol and electric, insurance quotes change for reasons nobody explains, and every brochure promises the same thing. Our mission is to cut through that noise with research, numbers and honest ownership experience.
Every guide on Emerson Lopze is written to be finished, not skimmed. If you arrive with a question about an insurance premium, a battery warranty or a paint sealant, you should leave with a decision you can act on that day.
Editorial standards
We research every article against manufacturer documentation, official safety and energy data, and first-hand ownership. When we cite a figure we link to the source. When we give an opinion, we label it as one.
Corrections matter more than pride. If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change. Sponsored or affiliate content, where it appears at all, is clearly labelled and never influences a score.
The team
The team is a small group of lifelong enthusiasts, detailers and working technicians who have spent years under the hood as well as behind the wheel. Between us we have daily-driven compacts, family SUVs, hybrids and full electrics.
That mix is deliberate. A good guide needs someone who has paid an insurance renewal and someone who has lived with the car through winter, road trips and the school run.
Talk to us
Questions, corrections and story tips are always welcome. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +62 851-1160-5110 and we aim to reply within one business day.
We read everything, even when we cannot answer every message individually. If you spot an error, tell us the page and the mistake and we will investigate.
Sources, corrections and related pages
Emerson Lopze holds itself to the same standards across every page. Our About Us page explains how we research and write, and our Contact Us page is the fastest way to send a correction or ask a question. Where a claim depends on official figures we point to the source, such as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for safety data or FuelEconomy.gov for real-world economy, so you can verify the numbers yourself. We review every page against manufacturer documentation and update it when specifications or rules change. If something here is unclear, out of date or simply wrong, tell us and we will fix it, because a policy that no one can act on helps no one.
